Srinagar : Srinagar recorded the lowest poll percentage till 3 pm today, while Budgam recorded the highest turnout till 3:00 pm.
The Budgam district recorded 16.9% till 3:00 pm, Ganderbal recorded 15.4% and Srinagar was at 46.3 % percentage till 3 pm .
The total number of votes recorded in the three districts of the constituency was 147514, (11.4 %).
