Shopian gunfight : Two dead bodies recovered, searches on

Srinagar : Two dead bodies have been recovered from the encounter site after gunfight broke out between militants and government forces at Dragad village of Shopian district on Friday morning.
A Police official said that, after brief exchange of firing between government forces and militants, a search operation was launched in Dragad area .
He said that, after a joint team of forces cordoned off the area, the militants hiding inside opened fire on forces party triggering off an brief gunfight, in the meantime two bodies were recovered from the site along with weapons.
However the identity of the duo is yet to be ascertained, he said.
