Clashes in Downtown, five injured

Srinagar: Clashes erupt between youth and the government forces in Nowhatta area of Srinagar City on Friday afternoon.
Reports said that, the youth pelted stones on government forces outside the Jamia Masjid in Nowhatta soon after congregational prayers.
The police and paramilitary forces deployed in the area retaliating by firing tear smoke shells, in which five youths were injured.
