Weatherman Predicts Light Rain, Snowfall in Kashmir in Next 24 Hours

SrinagarAs the kashmir valley continues to reel under cold wave, the MeT department  on Tuesday predicted light rain and snowfall for next 24 hours in Jammu and Kashmir.

While as, Pahalgam recorded minus 4.9 degree Celsius and Gulmarg minus 4.2 degree Celsius as the minimum temperature on Tuesday. Leh recorded minus 14.6 degree Celsius and it was minus 17.3 degree Celsius in Kargil.
The night’s lowest temperature in Jammu city was 5.5 degrees Celsius.

The official from MeT  said that precipitation would break the ongoing cold wave cycle in Jammu and Kashmir.In south Kashmir’s famous tourist spot Pahalgam the temperature was recorded as minus 4.9 degree Celsius.
