Jammu : A youth was killed in cross-border firing along the LoC in Gulpur area of Poonch district shortly after midnight.
As per the additional SP Poonch Anwar-ul-Haq said Pakistan Army initiated indiscriminate fire around 12:30 am on the Indian Army posts in Baghal Dhara.
However, the Indian army retaliated effectively.
Meanwhile, A youth identified as Mohammad Ikhlaq son of Mohammad Sadiq resident of Kalsan Malti Baghal Dhara received serious injuries and died on the spot, he said.
