Srinagar : Kashmir based young Journalist and Activist Pirzada Shakir has been invited to attend 17th Young Leaders Conference (YLC) 2018, which is going to be held in Lahore Pakistan.
The conference is scheduled to be held from 1st to 6th July 2018, in which 300 young leaders across the world are going to participate.
Meanwhile, Shakir belongs to north Kashmir’s Frontier district Kupwara and is the first Kashmiri to receive the invitation to attend the conference.
The conference is held every year, where young leaders from different countries of the world interact and discuss strategies to tackle challenges the world is facing. YLC also aims at realizing the untapped potential and true power of young leaders.
This year’s theme of YLC is “It’s time”. To believe that now more than ever is the time for the youth to realize their capacity.
